We offer supportive services such as help with Medicare, social security, finding doctors, medical bills, HEAP applications, Power of Attorney papers, Living Wills and completing other various applications and forms. We have an OSHIIP counselor and senior advocate on-site.

We supply transportation to those 60 and over and the disabled within Fayette County for a suggested donation of $1.00 per each stop you wish to make.

Meals served on-site, Monday through Friday, 11:30am to 12:30pm. Suggested donation of $3.00 from those 60 and over. Suggested donation of $5.00 from those 60 and under. The public is welcome but must call and make a reservation by 9:00am the day you wish to join us.

Meals on Wheels is a food home delivery program available for those 60 and over or disabled at a cost of $3.00 per meal. For information or to schedule an assesment time, contact Judy Clark (see contact page for contact details).
